1. How do I add my logo/text?

To personalise your item, complete the "Message to seller" section during the checkout process. Mention any text or design and where on the item it will go and what colour you’d like it to be. For example ‘Sarah in pink on the back in the Arial font’. If font and colour isn't mentioned we will use black colour by default and pick the best font for the text.

 

2. Can I order plain items?

Yes, just select your size, colour, quantity and press button - Buy, your items will be added to shopping cart.

 

3. I placed an order but I forgot to add my logo/text.

Send an email to us at artwork@printingcorner.co.uk and the text you want printed on your order in the body of the message. If possible please also include the details of your order..

 

4. How quickly will you print and dispatch my order?

For many of our personalised products, they are dispatched within 2 working days. The majority of our items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery, which takes 2 working days, but if you have chosen a different delivery option then this time may vary. During peak trading times, e.g. Christmas, we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and use Royal Mail 1st class delivery unless otherwise requested. Some of our items, e.g. ceramics & glass item, have a longer lead time but this is stated in the product listings.

 

5. What kind of image files can I upload?

You can send your image in a jpg or png file.

 

6. My order has arrived and the name is spelt wrong.

Firstly check how you have sent your personalised text to us. Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to go through each individual order and check the spelling. You are responsible for the personalised text, image or design you send to us so please make sure you have double checked it before sending it to us. If we have made a mistake, ensure to get in contact with us as soon as possible either by phone, email to customerservice@printingcorner.co.uk. If possible please take a picture and attach this in the email or message so we can see what went wrong.

 

7. How much does delivery cost?

Unless otherwise stated, delivery via Royal Mail’s 1st Class service is free. If you choose a different delivery option this may cost more and change the lead time of your product.

 

8. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver free to any UK mainland addresses. If delivery is needed to other parts of the UK or the world please contact us.

 

9. Can I collect my item from you?

For single orders, we don’t offer a collection service. For bulk orders, please call us on 01793 490852 when placing your order so we can arrange a time for you to collect your items.

 

10. How do I contact you?

11. Will I be charged VAT?

This will depend on the product but it will be shown on your invoice which is included with your parcel.

 

12. How can I pay for my items?

We currently accept payments via Paypal & cheques. If you require an alternative payment method please contact us.

 

13. I like a product but not the colour. Can you change it?

The majority of our product are available in different colours so we would be able to help pick out the right colour for you. Please note that getting a specific colour in would add a number of days to the order process, please call, email or messenger us and we will be able to give you a better idea of the lead time.
